Should I adopt one kitten or two?
We recommend adopting two kittens at the same time if possible for many
different reasons.
1. The main reason is if you have two cats, they can keep each other company
and will never be lonely. Ragdolls are very affectionate and love constant
companions. But don't worry they will still love their humans just as much!
2. The second cat does not demand much more work than having only one cat.
3. Cats love to play and having a companion with them, will always be able to.
Which will keep your cat in better shape and better health (from exercise)!
4. Two cats together will create a wonderful bond between them and will help
keep each other clean with helpful grooming in those hard to reach places :-)
5. Cats also tend to have less destructive habits when they are not bored. Having
another cat around gives mental and physical stimulation.
6. And most of all.... you get twice as much love!!!!
Should we get a Male or Female?
This is the question that everyone seems to ask :-) Both Male and Females make
wonderful pets. Once a Ragdoll has been de-sexed at a young appropriate age,
sex really does not determine personality of the cat. So instead of going on sex
when it comes to getting a kitten, we try to match the personality of the kitten to the
personalities of the family they will be going to!
What type of food do your kittens eat?
Our kittens have a full bowl of dry Royal Canin Kitten 34/20 at all times and also
get canned food at least twice a day.
What type of litter do you recommend?
We recommend using Swheat Scoop (what we use w/kittens) or a good
clumping cat litter.
What type of Water & Food Dishes do you recommend?
Only use ceramic or stainless steel dishes or bowls for any food and water.
Plastic dishes/bowls can cause chin acne and discolor the muzzle.
Can you visit us?
For the safety and health of our kittens, we wait until the kittens have received their
first set of shots (around 10 weeks) before we allow any visitors. We are more
than happy to send constant updated pictures via e-mail every week of your baby
though! Visit are by appointment only.
Where are you located and do you ship?
We are located in Interlochen, Michigan. Just south of Traverse City.
Yes, we do ship though Northwest Airlines out of Traverse City Cherry Capitol
Airport (TVC). Shipping charges are: the exact cost of the flight (plus taxes and
fees), the crate cost, and the cost for a health certificate. This usually is about
$265.
We do not ship internationally at this time but you can fly here and take a kitten
home with you.

You offer delivery assistance. What does that mean?
At times we can drive to your home or meet you at a particular location within the
state of Michigan (or other states ONLY if we are there for a show) for a fee. The
cost will depend on distance and current gas prices. If we are going to a cat show
where you live or you live along the way of where we are going, we can bring your
kitten (no cost) along with us. A kitten must be paid for in full prior to any
transportation.
